I want to paint a picture for you.
Tom is on the sidelines right after halftime - waiting to see his team's field position, Brandon Tate back to receive. He's going... going... gone.
Tom with his helmet on, takes one glance on the floor for yellow flags or anything to bring it back, but - nothing brought this team back. This started a strong second half - I couldn't be happier to see. The last few weeks, we don't show up for the second half.
This week that wasn't the case.
As I was texting back and forth with my friends and talking to my dad going into halftime, we were all complaining about the defense. "Ok defense, halftime note: A) rush henne because he will make mistakes B) capitalize on those mistakes C) if you can't rush henne KEEP YOUR HANDS UP." "Can't argue. For the offense protect Tom, feed the Lawfirm they re taking away deep ball, go to Wed and Hernandez. Even run Randy across middle."
Then we learned special teams can win you games. (Sorry fantasy fans, special teams doesn't make you the points, but they help you win real games...)
Speaking of fantasy
Guys you should probably pick up for your Fantasy team....
Since we are a young team go ahead and grab up these guys before other people find out about them.
Patrick Chung, Rob Ninkovich, Brandon Tate, BenJarvis Green Ellis AKA the lawfirm and Danny Woodhead.
Speaking of Danny Woodhead... are the Pats breaking child labor laws having him work on our team? Is Belichick running a sweat shop -- how many grey sweatshirt sleeves did he have to bite off with his teeth this week to eat and have a roof over his head? I love the growing number of my little men on the team.
